At National Agency Support Services our goal is to provide Quality Customer Service to our Agency Operations nationwide for all underwriting brands. We focus on assisting Location Representatives, Managers and Agency Employees with their daily needs involving Contracts, Forms, Quality Assurance and agentTRAX.
 

We are the Corporate point of contact for the following:


Contract Administration - New Agent Packages, Amendments, Agent Branch and Approved Attorney Set Up
Form Services - Forms, NAS/TRAX User Accounts, Voids/Transfers/Rep and Profit Center Changes
Quality Assurance - Agent Review Program, Most Significant Audit Findings and Red Flag Program
agentTRAX - Tier 2 agentTRAX Technical Support, Agent/Rep Training and Manual CPL Updates

Department Bio


It is our pleasure to provide quality Customer Service to our Agency Operations nationwide for all of our Underwriting Brands. At National Agency Support Services we look forward to working with our Location Representatives, Managers and Agency Team Members on a daily basis to meet effectively the needs of our Agency Customer base.

We have a team of dedicated individuals that focus primarily on four core functions within our department: Contract Administrative Services, Form Services, Quality Assurance and agentTRAX Administration. We believe that building a strong relationship with our customers allows us to build an even stronger foundation for our business. Although our department focus is toward internal Customer Service needs, we strive to provide a level of service that is above and beyond because we know that our most important asset is the "Agent".


Staff Bio's



Jodi Greene
Quality Assurance Analyst
Jodi has been working for National Agency since 2007, she is responsible for administering Corporate Quality Assurance programs and initiatives. Prior to joining the National Agency team, Jodi has been a part of the Fidelity Family since 1991 and has worked in a Direct Office for Fidelity National Title. 



Shawn Martin
Agency Contract Coordinator, AVP
Shawn coordinates the agency application process, assisting in the preparation, review, and approval of agency applications and contract amendments. He also coordinates various special projects for the department. Shawn joined FNTG in 2002 and relocated to the corporate offices in Jacksonville, FL in 2004.



Heather Mahoney
Agency Contract Coordinator
Heather has been with the company since 2005. She reviews the incoming contracts/applications and prepares them for review and final approval. Prior to moving to the contracts department, Heather provided helpdesk support for agentTRAX users.



Tina Vinson
Form Services Coordinator
Tina has been a National Agency Support Services team member since 2006. Her responsibilities within the department include agentTRAX form maintenance, inventory related issues, form profile maintenance and updating customer information.



Lori Liberatore
AgentTRAX Coordinator
Lori joined the National Agency team in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted later that year to agentTRAX Coordinator. She is responsible for providing Tier 2 support, as well as, troubleshooting issues
with both internal representatives and external agents. In addition, Lori provides assistance to both Agency Contracts and Form Services.



Kellie Searles
National Agency Support Services Supervisor, AVP
Kellie is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the National Agency Support Services Team. She has been with the FNTG Family since 1997, where she started in the Inventory Control Department of Agency Accounting. Her career includes the positions of Agency Accounting Manager, Agency Administration and Record Center Manager.
